Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Change of Mind

Under Irish consumer law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

To initiate a return, please email info@eir3dprint.com or via the contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at info@eir3dprint.com or via the contact page with a clear photo and description of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund once the fault is confirmed. Return shipping costs for faulty items are covered by us.

3. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
