When will my order be dispatched?
Standard items are dispatched within 1 business day. Personalised items are made and dispatched within 2 business days. Dispatch is when your order leaves us; delivery takes additional time.
If you need a gift by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can advise.
Is Irish shipping free?
Irish shipping is free on orders over €30. Any delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
