Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Bryan was amazing to deal with throughout the entire process. There ended up being an issue with the spring mechanism on the coasters, but instead of ignoring it, he was completely upfront and honest about the problem before shipping. He refunded the order immediately, while still sending the set out for me to test, which says a lot about the level of customer service and integrity behind the business.The coasters arrived today and they look absolutely fire. The quality and finish are seriously impressive. Bryan even included an extra disk and a keychain, which was a really thoughtful touch and genuinely appreciated.
Communication was excellent throughout and Bryan kept everything stress free and handled it brilliantly. You rarely come across customer service like this anymore. Honest, passionate, and genuinely cares about the product and customer experience. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be supporting again in the future.
